She was very informative and educated us on shingle brands, colors and the process NIBT would use in replacing our roof. Trish was on time and present with her crew from start to finish. Trish Littlejohn and her crew are the best! As a first time homeowner who just moved in and discovered a roofing issue, I was feeling extremely stressful. However, Trish was there throughout the repair process and to answer my questions, which made all the difference. Trust me. I had contacted quite a few contractors, and none of them was like her. She was very professional, responsive and genuine. A few examples, 1) on our first appointment to provide an estimate, she was worried that it might rain and further damage the roof, so she scheduled to cover a small area of the roof on the same day. 2) she was on time to every appointment. 3) she said she would get the work done right, and she did. After the repair, her crew came to touch up on the wall as many times as needed to look perfect. I will definitely go to Trish for any future roofing needs and highly recommend her to family, friends and neighbors!

100% recommend Nailed It By Trish for roof replacement. I dealt with Trish who was very friendly and professional. She explained the process to me and explained how the insurance claim process works. She was very knowledgeable and also sent photos throughout the tear down/installation process. Which was pretty cool to see.

We had only been in our newly built home for 2 months when this storm destroyed our roof, gutters, and some windows. We had 3 estimates scheduled with Trish Littlejohn being the first. There was no reason to even meet with the other 2. Trish was outstanding throughout the entire process. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know every step of the way. We actually watched other roofs being repaired by other companies throughout the neighborhood and saw many of them cut corners to save a buck or two… When she heard I was a veteran she included gutters around and we were able to upgrade our shingles to a much better quality than what our builders had put on. We definitely have the best looking roof in the neighborhood!!!

We have owned about a dozen homes and never had to replace a roof. But this year, our number came up. We contacted three companies to bid the job. We called Trish Littlejohn at Pro-Nail Roofing because she had done work for a neighbor, and they were happy with her service. They were right. Unlike the other companies we contacted, Trish was thorough. She met with us multiple times to talk about our options, to discuss the unique challenges of our roof, to help us decide on which roof shingle would work best for us. We walked the attic to make sure that the system we selected would work with our radiant barrier. We looked at different vent/roof fan options and also looked at gutter and gutter guard options. We looked at lots of roof shingles, driving by other homes to compare the colors and look. Trish did not pressure us to make a decision. She simply advised us so that when we made the decision to move forward, we understood exactly what Pro-Nail would do to complete the job. Once the work started, Trish’s crew moved in a worked hard through 100-degree days. As with any construction project, minor challenges popped up and Trish handled those issues as thoroughly and professionally as she had handled the bid process.
